DIY Armpit Detox Mask Recipe
In a bowl, mix together:
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP bentonite clay
3 drops each pure doTERRA tea tree & lavender oils
4 TBSP water
DIY Armpit Detox Mask Protocol
Week 1 & 2: Smear the detox mask to armpits 15 minutes prior to shower/3 times per week
Week 3: Smear the detox mask to armpits 15 minutes, prior to shower/2 times per week
Week 4: Smear the detox mask to armpits 15 minutes, prior to shower/1 time per week
