It’s easy to scratch non-stick bakeware when scooping out yummy just-baked food, so my recommendation is that it’s better to be safe than sorry when it comes to safeguarding your health. Ditch your non-stick casserole dishes and Switch to glass. I received my set of Pyrex dishes as a wedding gift more than 30 years ago and they’re still going strong. The BPA-free lids (which I switched) come in handy, too!
