Ditch non-stick cookware and Switch to ceramic-coated, stainless steel or cast iron cookware.  
Ditch personal care and cleaning products that contain too many ingredients you can't pronounce and Switch to eco-healthy alternatives by using the EWG healthy living app. This is especially important for pregnant moms and young babies & children.
